more services like this?

The U-frame stores?

Bloody Ikea, obviously.

If you're looking at grocery delivery services, Amazon Fresh will deliver right to your door, plus they have a fairly large selection of regular Amazon products that they will deliver as well. Looks like for our neighborhood, they require you to be a prime member though... hrrm.

Winco grocery stores make you do just about everything except ring up the groceries yourself. You're lucky to have time to get your stuff in bags before you're pushed out the door. It is the opposite of grocery delivery but it is another form of pay but do LOTS of it yourself ( ... )

Actually Fred Meyer self checkout is a better example that Winco Foods. In this case you do it all yourself and unless you're very young looking and buying alcohol or your computer checkout station messes up, you don't have to interact with a human at all. But I don't think that Freddie's discounts its groceries for those who use self checkout. Which is why it doesn't actually qualify in the category you are exploring here whereas Winco does because their prices are lower based on You Are On Your Own And You Better Be Fast.
