hey, thanks! I was reading your journal/info and wanted to ask you how do you like studying Marine Biology and (if you have an idea) what job you're looking for/interested in with it? I've been thinking about colleges and majors, and like the ocean/outdoors/and sciences, so I've been leaning towards MB or somthing allong the lines of it. And comments would be geatly appriecated!

I haven't actually taken any marine bio classes since I go to University of Wisconsin-Madison and that's definitely not on the coast. I did take an oceanography class and a limnology (study of lakes) class and absolutely loved them. I want to go to grad school and get my PhD in marine biology with a focus on coral reef ecology. I'm looking to study possibly at University of Hawaii-Manoa, but I'd rather go to James Cook University in Australia for my doctoral work. That's all in the future though. I finish undergrad in a year and a half or so and then im going to teach English in Vietnam. I was thinking it might be fun to start up some coral reef something or other there, but I don't yet know if I'm ambitious enough to do it.
