Well, it's not like I'm presenting all of what I did or anything really big like that, so even if I do mess up, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. In any case, the group of post-docs and professors end up getting into some big discussion about the topic and the presenter ends up "presenting" for an hour or even and hour and a half, but he's only talking for maybe 15 or 25 minutes. That was for a "30 minute" presentation. Mine was supposed to be only "15 minutes." We'll see how long I actually end up speaking for.

If you plan on taking another language, don't choose chinese or something like that. It takes more time than french to learn.

French music is cool! At least, I like music by this artist: Pascal Obispo. In middle school, we listened to French rap...which was quite a new experience...

I was thinking Polish, actually. I might as well learn at least some of one language from my heritage. (And I don't count the ~3% of me which is French for this, so learning French doesn't count.)

At one point I wanted to learn Chinese, but I don't think I'm going to need to learn anymore. At the time, I was interested in stem-cell research, which meant I might've had to go to some place like China to be able to freely do research, since the U.S. doesn't seem to take to it all too well.

And I really don't like M.C. Solar. Bleh!
