Now is one of those times I really wish I had a tablet PC. Geeze, I've turned into such a computer nut over the past year. Ha, but could we expect anything different? I am a Computer Science major (among other things), after all

hahaha, you'll have a room full of computers? but if it makes you feel any better, my brother is also opting for a 17" computer for college. i suppose you boys actually have the strength to carry the darn thing. i can barely manage my "little" 15" one...

and as to writing (by hand), my favorite part about it is being able to lose it. unless it's for class immediately, of course. but otherwise, i love to open up a random notebook (okay, not so random, i have a bunch of old notebooks set aside for this sort of thing) to a blank page and just start writing in the middle of the book. i have no idea why, but i love writing in the middle of notebooks. it feels less like classwork, and at the same time, like putting something in a time capsule. i might look at it again, i might not.

Ooh, I wouldn't be able to stand your notebook habits. I like to have my notebooks organized (i.e., only one type of thing in one notebook), and having some order to it all. I'd want to be able to find things with some level of reliability.
