I'm back from the APA Planning Conference in Las Vegas. The conference was great, but I didn't like Vegas. I think that they have some interesting planning challenges but I think that a place that is constructed on illusions is an odd place to hold a planning conference. I guess Justin Timberlake was in Baton Rouge last week filming a movie. I know he's been filming in Hammond, but I just heard from someone at the Department of Public Works that traffic was all messed up because "JT was in town".

And the engineer actually used the name "JT".
