Keep up the Sparkery, and you might find yourself a job working on construction of the space elevator dock that will one day be built off our coast.

Also, mankini photo = not cool!

... I thought a space elevator had to be on the equator... Though I suppose if the centre of mass was on the equator at geosynchronous orbital distance, then you could potentially put it anywhere. It'd probably make it tricky, though.

Off Darwin would be better. Or Timor! That'd be great for their economy.

Still, I'll definitely try and get a job if possible. Aeroplanes are boring
