I've given up on trying to get a new one. This one will be okay given the fact that my biggest gripe was that they worked me evenings. I don't do anything/go anywhere anyway, so I'm not really losing out on that now. And I've been there long enough that I can goof-off and not get bitched at. Hm... that's not really a reason, right there.
