so...lots of good stuff today! I lost another 1.6#, plus I went up on all of my weights today,except for one exercise. Woo hooooooooooo!!!
I did 1hr cardio (3.66 mi @4% incline)
plus:
bench press -- 12/10/8 reps at 55#/65#/75# <---- made a personal goal!!! yay
