Blast from the Past: random musing #1

This is just a re-airing of a piece I’d had on MySpace for awhile. Literally though, the only response I got to it was a “*snicker*” from a guy I thought was a friend (stupid passive-aggressive hipster..).

I do like this but I feel it is missing the women's side because damn if we can't manipulate just as much *waves her consummate flirt badge*

I don't think the worry is about the girl who keeps up, but in the girl who shyly starts despite known character background, and seems to 'accidantly' hit all the right buttons.

You've definitely got a point. If the woman here is anything other than passive then things get quite interesting, but then it could spin out in so many different directions, who knows how it'll turn out (hence the beware?).

I'm not quite sure I'm getting what you mean by this "shy girl". Do you mean like a lady who starts all soft, hinting at her own vulnerability with precocious eyes and all, such that the recipient doesn't know where each of her moves is coming from, though in fact her playfulness is quite deliberate?

Pretty much. The pseudo-virgin, the woman who plays it like she is innocent etc.. but is completely doing it to gain the trust, affection of the man.

I don't think it'd work on me, and it would probably cause me to freak out. However, I'm autistic and don't really like to be touched much. Not sure how a normal woman would react.

Hmm...I suppose it depends on the initial state of the relationship? There'd have to be something latent; the above may simply be a way of furrowing it to the surface?

But then, I have trust issues, so I was probably working out a resolution of sorts with this..
