Perhaps you should tell her anyway. I'm going to take a guess and say that your friend has a pretty level head on her shoulders, and is willing to listen to any concerns that her other friend might have.

I'm not expecting you to be happy, because I know of all the shit that's gone down, but if something is going on, be my friend and tell me before it gets too far. I promise, I will listen and not stomp off and curse you and the entire world to hell. Love you.
