I originally intended Barty to be more visibly reluctant and therefore just fulfilling a role to satisfy her on pain of death, but I think, given Bella's smouldering hotness, we can forgive him being a little bit head-over-heels for her.

Not sure how I missed this, but my did I enjoy it. I like how you write the dynamic between Barty Jr. and Bellatrix...and her commands. Oh my.

These especially are just so Bella:
"you will kill those you have touched"
"You will bear your scars from me"
you will always, always be hard for me"

And yes his trial outfit is the sex. I think I may have to try this pairing myself, you're getting me very into it!

Thank you! Writing commanding Bella is ridiculous amounts of fun, and with the age gap and Barty's kind of character, she can get away with it. All good crazy ladies should love unhealthy amounts of power. I'm glad you think it's in-character for her.
