LMAO I DON'T MIND AT ALL.

Three smilies is neutral. This means he doesn't quite like him, but he doesn't exactly dislike him either. Most people start out this way with Tony because he likes to believe he can make friends with a person no matter what (he'd make a great shonen hero). Right now, Tony has a gut feeling about him; and Rolo has clearly pushed him to go further with that gut feeling. He enjoys teasing him and the reactions he gets and he likes the fact that he seems like a normal kid and that there's something more beneath it - enough so that, if it weren't for this nagging feeling he gets around him, he might actually have four smilies and not three. He reminds him a bit of if you took Ziva and McGee and smushed them into one person and because of that, he feels like he should adore him. Part of him wants to wave him off as being "just a creepy kid" and continue to be amused by him, but uh... As you watch NCIS, you know gut feelings don't work that way

But lmao, thanks! Yeah, Rolo really is a kind of smushed combination of McGee and Ziva (so much so that when my girlfriend and I watch the episodes, we pointed it out to each other). I do like Rolo and McGee's interactions, so I'm looking forward to more of that. XD
