License and registration, please

We make people get licenses for driving a car, for hunting, for fishing, for marrying...why not for reproducing? Weed out the obviously unfit morons who aren't fit to take care of a pet, much less a child.

Actually, I am all for this.

There are people out there who are reproducing like rabbits, and they don't see how unfortunate it is for themselves and their future children.

Well, there should be a license for them too, but yes, most people need to take a test too before they become parents and get a 70% or above, just like in school. "You must make above a "F" to be parents".
