ANYONE HELP!!!!!!

my com right now is Windows XP. Yeah i know it's old.
by the way, can i know how to delete file mp4 or MPEG-4???
I already try thousand time to delete but it always "Access is denied. Make sure disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use"
So, Please...........help me.....

HI, Most probably it got virus (I might wrong). Because under normal circumstance It should be able to be delete like other normal file. If its not some virus or spyware stopping it from being delete. My advise may be u should install some anti spyware software, then scan the whole computer. If that file infected you can try to "heal" then can delete liao.

using Avira Personal- Free antivirus. and i really sure that my com do not have virus. but mybe u right. last format around 2/3 years ago.

May be u can try avh for spyware. avira is for virus, avg can use for spyware as well. cause spyware n virus is different.

Hi, I had that problem months ago. I only can delete mp4 files when I'd uninstalled a soft ware for playing video, but I'm not remember its name, you can check it and uninstall unused soft ware. Now I only use Classical Media Player. Hope you can solve the problem.
