I'm enjoying writing this a lot. But things are getting darker, next chapter would be during the infamous monday...

Anna and John are going to cry a lot in the series, I think (and we all as well).

I think Anna and Bates respect Carson & Hughes very much, they want to be together but they don't want to betray them, they have been their protectors from the beginning.
There will be many moments with Carson & Hughes in the next episodes :D
