K, about the tents leaking. it's possible your tent's seams were not sealed. many people don't do this and some tents don't come pre-sealed so you end up with a leaky tent which sucks. secondly, it's usually a good idea to stick a ground cloth of some sort (usually a big plastic sheet or tarp) under your tent to protect you from dew collecting under the tent (not that that has anything to do with the rain. second, you said there was confusion about how to put the tent up. does that mean you guys forgot to put the rain fly up? you guys would get soaked if you didn't do that. my guess is, it's likely the tent seal thing. i could tell you more if i knew more about the design and make of the tent you guys slept in (i used to camp all the frickin' time when i was in Boy Scouts).

lol, didnt notice the board thing. and the tent was hard to get up b/c the instructions for getting it up were almost completely destroyed, making it ard to figure out. and my sense of time on the whole film thing... yeah, i was trying to type fast, guess the sense of time slipped my mind. yeah, shes a junior, which is good (kind of) but also bad in that no relationship is gonna come b/c of the disparity (yes, an sat word!) in our ages. and there was a bit of drinking at the after party in the hot tub at emilys, not by me as i dont drink, and toward the end of the xc wouldnt be a good way to start. but it was fun, and at least my date this year didnt hide in teh bathroom (i found out at drews house saturday my date last year did that).

That's terrible about your date last year. And I wasn't encouraging you to drink, I didn't really in high school either. I'm just saying you guys gotta loosen up ( ... )
