Or so everyone here likes to say. Realistically, the central areas average around 5-8” of snow each year. But it’s generally not a problem because only a little will fall at a time, it usually won’t stick to the roads at all, and if it does, the temperatures rise in a few hours and it all melts away.

The driving looks like what happened to us a few years back when we only got 2 inches of snow. I guess it's just us not getting use to driving in snowy conditions. I'm glad you're safe and everything =)

Well, snowy conditions are different from icy conditions. When it's icy in Maine, we dont' go out, and when we do, we can't drive on it either. Snow's not bad though, packs in and gives you some traction.
