We're all brought up to think of anger as a bad thing. But it is only if you take it out on someone. If you use it as fuel, you can make it work for you. This past week there have been so many things to piss me off: situations, work issues, circumstances, people. In fact, people in general have just been pissing me off left and right. So what's pissing you off over at stormfans? And ya know what, working out helps to relieve anger and stress ;)

I'm going to workout today after I get out of class. Hang in there, and as always I'm here to listen, I'll make a lot of shoutouts tomorrow on my radio show and you'll be included.

Well, shorty, it's a cumulation of things that came to a head yesterday when a couple people pissed all over the teacher thread I created. All I wanted to do was put out a warm fuzzy and positive story for everyone, and one of the most negative and cynical people on the board got on there and went doo doo on the thread, messing it up. Surprisingly, a friend of mine helped out. I think it's time to do what I did last year and take a break from stormfans. The negativity, the taking things personally, the bitchiness - I can't take it anymore. So wnbatalk will be my everything now for a while. That and the live journals and my poetry web site, that is.

Working out is indeed a good remedy, girl. I had a great one today. Glad you're working out too.

taking a break from stormfans is a great idea, I hardly have time to get in a post there, cause I'm so busy with school and other extra activities.

however, wnbatalk has the best commentary about all the games, the way people say things is hilarious.

A real pisser for me too. Then lets add to the fucked up people who want you to feel sorry for them. You know the kind who make excuses for all their woes and blame their parents, grandparents, society, teacher, etc. for them being fucked up adults.
