Yesterday I spun the globe and ended up in the Caspian Sea. I stared at my fingertip that covered a pinch of blue surrounded on all sides by masses of mustard-yellow land and let a burst of attitudinal air shoot through my teeth, as rolling my eyes is too painful right now. OMG! YOU are NOT going to believe Jet Li's FEARLESS!!! It is UNBELIEVABLE! It's his best effort ever. And from what I hear it's going to be his last Kung Fu film. :(

Bummer.

How funny you should mention it...I JUST saw it last night!!!! I can't wait to see it on the big screen - when is that - May or June? It was quite amazing. I'd always heard bits and pieces of the story of the guy who founded the Jin Wu school so it's interesting to see it played out on film. Jet Li does an incredible job. The fight scenes are fantastic if not shot a little strangely (what was that weird strobe light flashing effect they used, esp. during the Master Qin/Huo Yuanjia fight in the restaurant - or was that just my crappy copy of the movie?), and the actors were very good. I'm glad to see Jet Li going out on a spectacularly high note. That's my man!! :)
