So after talking to my manager and a former employee who got promoted... I've decided to push for a manager position. I've been Assistant for hmm... almost a year now, and frankly, I need a change. More like a challenge. But just recently a manager put in his two weeks and now that store and my former employee are in the air. Today I called to see

I'm really glad you're taking the initiative to try to move up rather than just be bitter. Best of luck to you mate. You know I support your decision, but if you do leave Young, I'll miss you a lot.
