my favorite 'sweets' for when I really need 'em is caramel mini rice cakes. you can have 8 for 1 point and they are sweet and crunchy and satisfying! also, Swiss Miss hot cocoa w/no sugar added and extra Calcium is only 1 point, filling and delicious! :)
I know you can do this!! it is a lifestyle change that will make you feel SO good about yourself! :)
