And I'm already irritable about trying to figure out the points for everything. I never realized how helpful it is though, to have someone else who "knows" what's going on and you can be "accountable" to. It would have been so easy to just chuck it all today. remember that eating sweets only makes you crave MORE sweets... try to get yourself into the habit of eating lotsa fresh fruit as your new favorite sweet treat. the more fresh fruit you eat, the less you crave the false gods of chocolate, cakes, candies, cookies, etc. the more of the latter I have, the more I crave them. I'm in a BAD way today craving junk like mad b/c of the FC food fest Sat. night!! it set me back a long way. :(

my favorite 'sweets' for when I really need 'em is caramel mini rice cakes. you can have 8 for 1 point and they are sweet and crunchy and satisfying! also, Swiss Miss hot cocoa w/no sugar added and extra Calcium is only 1 point, filling and delicious! :)

I know you can do this!! it is a lifestyle change that will make you feel SO good about yourself! :)
