Wow, so I got bored last night (suprise, I know, a teen bored during summer) but anyway, I found 2 AWESOME bands! Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly! They are so cool, Dropkick Murphys do like traditional irish songs, but its like a rock version... I swear the first time I heard Scotland the Brave with a guitar... damn that was awesome! I like Flogging Molly. Good band. Just doesn't hold a candle to styx in my book...

Those are just 2 compleatly different styles, tho, so you can't really compaire apples to oranges :P

yeah, i know. but I can say that they don't hold a candle to styx cause I love them more.... But I'd never try to truly compare them. that's stupid to do around music people.... especially ones that study it for a living...

Wow! If I'd known you hadn't heard FM, I would have offered my CD's up earlier! Got three of 'em, so if there's stuff you've not heard, let me know.

So far my fav is Roisin Dubh... but that changes from moment to moment....
