No! No candy! You crash way too fast from a sugar high. Go run some laps or lift some weights at Ramsey. Granted, you don't feel like going to Ramsey, but do it anyway. Force yourself. You will feel better about yourself for going, and the exercise will give you a rush of true energy. Give it a try- what have you got to lose? (Now I just need to learn to follow my own advice...)
