I saw a similar one at Safeway the other day:

"Buy 1 for $1.99, OR stock up and save! Buy three for $1.99 each! (Must buy three or more for this special offer)"

At various 7-11's, they have specials: "Two cans of Rockstar for $4." Individual cans are $1.99...

In that case, shouldn't the "Advertised special" be $4.15? :)
