I've got a friend out here who knew me back in elementary school who could tell stories... Not losing my temper is something I've worked on for a long time. I studied judo for years (Chinese philosphy was a big influence, too), and it worked wonders. It's still there, but I don't let it out much.

I never really thought about it, but I guess the things you don't like about yourself that you chose to improve say more about you than anything else. Funny thing is, if you're successful, people won't even know...

It is true. How often have you sen me angry? My anger is one of those things that frightens me and I keep it well wrapped up.

I was discussing a problem with a co-worker today. Apparently, after the convo, I once again know I am mean and abrupt and "don't take me too seriously because I am always losing my temper."
