Etc.Family History
The only child of Gordon Bloom (50); her mother (who married Gordon at age 26) died during a martial arts accident at age 45.

Medical History
Hanna has always been in good health, and exercises regularly. However, while she generally has good eating habits, she has a high metabolism and has been known to skip meals when stressed. Her only notable affliction is a severe and long-lasting case of motion sickness.

Current Status
Despite remaining deeply immersed in her delusions, Hanna has managed to form at least one stable relationship within the institute. She also has a relatively wide circle of acquaintances with whom she communicates on a regular basis, which appears to be having a positive effect. However, the effect of her special counselling session has rendered her mistrustful of staff and more prone to acting out.

Scratched herself one night during a bad dream ((ooc: light scar: Mimic clawmarks, diagonal down her left cheek; runs from cheekbone to lip)). Bruised her left cheek after walking into a door.

((ooc: took part in the fake-life brainwashing event.))

History((Mun-note: section incomplete; will be refined.))
☺ Whole family heavily involved with martial arts. Gordon held the rank of _____ in Shindō Yōshin-ryū, and opened his own dojo at age _____. Ayame was _____ in Shindō Yōshin-ryū. Hanna was pushed into martial arts practically since she could walk, and quickly displayed a prodigious amount of skill.
☺ She was under a lot of pressure to excel and to succeed. Though she loved martial arts, she grew resentful and rebellious towards authority figures. Her schooling suffered, with the exception of physical education. She had few long-term friendships.
☺ When she was nine, her mother was killed during a tournament (hit in the head, burst temple); Hanna saw the whole thing. She was angry, and understandably traumatized, insisting that there was some way to save Ayame. She wanted 'revenge', blaming the opponent for what happened.
☺ Gordon had the place shut down, giving up martial arts and forbidding his daughter to practice. She didn't take this very well, quickly becoming upset; she accused him of giving up, of not caring, of letting Ayame die and then tarnishing her memory, and of being both a "lousy father and a lousier husband".
The rising contention between herself and Gordon, coupled with the media coverage, did not help Hanna's mental state.
☺ Despite Gordon's best attempts to keep her quiet, she began to run off, stealing things in a bid to "restore Wutai" -- this is noted as the beginning of her psychosis. She claimed that the artefacts she stole were magical, calling them "materia", and that she needed them to reclaim the power and glory that 'Wutai' had once been famous for. She began involving others in her delusions (and involving herself in theirs), which evolved over time.
☺ One night, she was caught attempt to steal money from the cash register at Seventh Heaven. Tiffany and Conner chose not to press charges, on the condition that she work to make up for it. She regularly dropped by, unannounced, to spend the night, though she was also known to vanish for weeks on end.
☺ At several points during this stage, she returned home briefly in order to argue with her father. Once, this descended into a physical confrontation; Hanna emerged victorious, and they proceeded to have their first (and only) heart-to-heart. Gordon confessed that he felt responsible for Ayame's death, and that his actions reflected his desire to protect his only remaining family. He acknowledged that Hanna was "doing the best she could to help, in the only way she knew how", and urged her to seek psychiatric help. She refused. Later that night, Gordon sealed her in her room whilst she was sleeping. It's unknown exactly how she escaped, but when he came to check on her the following evening, she was gone.
☺ As Hanna's delusions became more violent, her friends began to worry; for her, and for the safety of the people around her. They worked together with Gordon, and eventually succeeded in shipping the girl off to Landel's Institute.
