Please, please, please!!! I need great ideas for my mom for mothers day! She has done so much for me this year 1) watching G 2) taking him to dr appts and therapy sessions 3) always being there for me not only as the awesome mom she is but my friend

If she wants to get her house on the market help pay for a detailed home inspection. It costs a bit of money to get a really good one but it would help her get everything up to code and save her in the end on the sale which means more money for her. If you do go for one it would be best for someone who would give you a detailed report with photos of all the problems in the home.

Another idea for the home would be for a professional carpet cleaner to come in if she has carpeting or a heating/cooling place to come inspect her system and clean out of the vents or chimney.
