my dad got the FUNNIEST thing in the mail! it was from DPS...it was a litter bad for picking up trash..and said saomthing about don't mess with TEXAS..and he got a letter. The letter said something of this sort..what he was seen littering, where he was, what truck he was in, and the time of day!! isn't that freakin hilarious..or maybe its just
