i think for the first time in my life
i've made a decision that didnt lead to thinking about later
and i've never been happier about that

what if it's just like every other time?
what if i fall for the same act all over again?
why am i so oblivious?
i'm excited that maybe this time it will work
but i can't help but think that
it'll turn out like every other time

sometimes i hate being so god damn naive.
