I'm sitting here reading my friends page, and everybody is getting ready to go back to college, or has already gone.  Then I think about my friends around me, and how none of them truely have "gone" away to college.  Brayton is at a whole of two hours away.  Derek is doing nothing with his life at the moment, other than working at BP.  Fran is ( Read more... )

Uh, Teddy has a full scholarship to Pitt, which he is clearly using, as he's about to graduate in the Spring. DUH. LOL.

Ah... see, it just sounded to us like you meant he was doing nothing. Cause you said Jeremy commuted, and I don't think edd goes to school, and you clumped Teddy with edd.

I clumped Nigel with -edd. Teddy just happened to be the next person I thought of. After I read it, I could see where that would be mistaken, though, and I apologize.

A few years? Figure about five years in school for you, Derek. And then three years before you can become an actual architect. You have to study under one for at least that long, it may be longer. I'm planning on going back to school, and was even thinking about Pitt, to get my architectual degree. So we'll see. Starting a firm together would rock hardcore.

I used the word "Few" on purpose.
I don't like to think that the next decade of my life may be spent learning how to work for the rest of my life.
