When Fran says he will do something, you have a 50% chance of him actually doing it.  I've come to expect this.  When Fran called me today, I was surprised, because I wasn't home to get the call.  He tells me to call him back.  What does he do when I call back?  Not answer his god damn phone.  Some friends I have, no?  I really need to talk to him

Blowing people off is classic loser behavior. Constantly prattling on about parents being asses, and then not doing anything about it is also a loser behavior. Losing someone's copy of PoP is also Loser activity.

It is very obvious that I need to talk to Fran. Fran should know this. So why the fuck does he do this bullshit? He's getting to be quite annoying with it all. Sometime during the past week, he was suppose to hang out with Nuts. He blew Nuts off, and I hung out with Nuts instead. When I got back from hanging with Nuts, I called Fran, and Fran answered, yet he didn't answer once when I called from Nuts' phone.
