Ah I see we like the same kind of books. :) Definitely definitely read The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, Heart On My Sleeve, Stop Pretending:What Happened When My Big Sister Went Crazy, What My Mother Doesn't Know, Cut, Sloppy Firsts, and Give A Boy A Gun. I also reccomend my favorite book ever, Wasteland by Francesca Lia Block. It's a really amazing book and it's really short. :D
i just ran across your journal through jr__nal. i'm a big reader. the ones i've read are: speak, hard love (very good.. i've read it twice), the perks of being a wallflower, to kill a mockingbird, heart on my sleeve, stop pretending: what happened when my big sister went crazy, you don't know me (one of my favorites!), define "normal", & go ask alice. some books that i enjoyed are: lovely bones by alice sebold, white oleander by janet fitch, night by elie wiesel (a school read but, so good! about the holocaust), i am the wallpaper, & kissing doorknobs! (so good! about a girl with the struggles of obsessive compulsive disorder.. really short too). have fun reading! (:
