I'm frankly surprised by how little faith you have in my ability to handle this. I'm not angry, just deeply concerned--for both of them. Laura's clearly in a bad place, and I can only hope this didn't traumatize Neil as well.

I'll try to get him to open up about this more. Good luck with your inmate, and if there's something I can do to help...
