Last night I watched what to me is the holy trinity of the season 2 Literati episodes: Teach Me Tonight, Lorelai's Graduation Day and I Can't Get Started. Since I haven't properly, non-tumblrly picspammed anything in a long time, I decided to do a little capspam of the epic that were NY!Jess and Rory.

OH, GOD, THESE TWO. I always forget how much I love them until I see a picture of them or watch one of their episodes from season two, because once I remember them I have to remember that they got completely fucked over by season three, and still didn't find their way to a happy ending on the show. That said, I love their small moments from season two more than I have ever loved any other ship, and this entire episode makes me heart ache. Thank you for this wonderful picspam!

Great work on the caps, too, I hate coloring GG caps, mine always look hideous.
thank you! I know, GG caps are the WORST. I pulled this coloring out of my ass. it's not perfect but it'll do; all these years of iconing and picspamming and I've never managed to come up with a decent coloring for Gilmore Girls, lol. nobody has, actually. good thing their faces are so pretty, they're nice to look at even if you don't mess with the caps at all. :)

Aw, aw, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I've seen a lot of s2 in the past few weeks and remembered how much I liked them. And this was such a perfect episode for them.
