My best, and only long-time friend here in SF just left the state.... on a days notice. She's moving to Portland, and that's that. She was the singer from an old band of mine, and my only musical partner here... along with being one of the most incredible vocalists/lyricists I've ever heard.

very sad day.

yeah, seems to be a trend... it's just another direction though, which is fine, because it's just as likely to be better :)

Hopefully she is moving to Portland for something that makes her happy. Because happy friends make for happy selfs.

agreed :) I will miss her, but if it's what she wants, she should do it. I just hope it's good for her.
