I really loved Crash and any other year I would be totally psyched that it won Best Picture. I just can't help being really disappointed that Brokeback Mountain didn't go home with the evening's top prize.

I feel exactly the same way. And, I can't help thinking this is a result of Academy voters being uncomfortable with the subject matter of Brokeback.

I still haven't seen Brokeback Mountain *hangs head in shame* but I totally loved Crash.
