Yea man!
I thought the same thing!
There were fucking kids at the Midnite Show and I commented on it then too!
These fucking parents are so irresponsible.
But I totally dug the movie!

Maybe MY kid is a little desensitized or something...
Wasn't remotely bothered.
He *loved* it!!
He keeps carrying on about the Flying Dutchman and how cool it was.
Then again, he is MY kid after all.

However, I can see a child who has been raised a little differently having some issues with this particular Disney film, and the parents you refer to should flogged for not being more sensitive to their child getting upset by it. I most certainly would have taken Sabotage from the theater post-haste should he have had any reaction other than sheer delight.

That's the thing...if they are enjoying it, GREAT! It's not like they're watching Hostel or Saw or anything like that. It is a Disney movie, after all.
I guess I just hated seeing the kid so obviously traumatized and his family doing nothing about it.

That's nothing. I've been to movies like Hostel that have 6 year olds. Some parents don't give a shit about what they let their children watch.

I remember when creepigurl and I saw High Tension and there were quite a few young kids. I just don't get it.
