I get more and more confused by the amount of conservatism in this state. First Sally Kern is re-elected (not by a lot though), then a portion of the legislation finds it necessary to vote against the approval of a prayer given before the opening for the day. Because it was by a gay pastor.

never mind that OK is at the bottom of the list of states in...

family income
% of college graduates

and toward the top of the list in...
teen pregnancy
divorce
membership in a conservative protestant denomination
