Deep thoughts with Fisher, Age 7

Tonight Fisher and I were laying in my bed talking, after having read a book about space.

"Mom, what would it feel like if I wasn't here?" he said.

"You mean, if you weren't alive?"

"Yes."

"Well, what did it feel like before you were born?"

"Nothing!"

"I suppose that's what it would feel like."

"Oh.  Because, it sort of feels like I'm the main person."
