Today I had a appointment to get my anxiety scripts refilled. Since one of them is xanex, they had to make me come in to talk to the doctor before I was able to get any refills. I had been off of it for about 24 hours. In the doctors office they called me back to check my vitals. Everything was fine except at first my heart rate was at 204. That is

I guess we should be thankful that it isn't the same thing Isaac has. But at the same time, this must have totally added to your anxiety. You are more in need of a breather than I even imagined! I don't care how crappy the weather is...we'll do something to RELAX!!! I don't care what it is or where we are. See if Ryan is willing to watch Isaac for a few hours so we can let loose a little and you can get this crap out of you! You and your family is gonna give me an anxiety attack myself!
