Tony, I just wanted to let you know I got called into the hospital for a few hours but I will still be there with pies in hand.

So far I'm planning on pumpkin, strawberry rubbarb and chocolate mousse. Is there any other type of pie people might like?

Henry, just for you I'm going to attempt a classic blood pudding.

Those all sound good.

I don't think you need to make blood pudding for Henry though. He can only have the "blood" part and even that needs to be...er...fresh off the vein?
