Weigh-In Day.

Today's weight: 166.4. Another gain of 0.2 pounds. I'm kinda pissed because I was really looking forward to a loss this week, seeing as i used less allowance points. But, once again, I don't really know what works week to week. I mean, I have a general idea obviously, but either my body will let go of the weight or it won't. Heart rate monitors are great motivation and i've been surprised both with burning more calories in some activities and less in others.
