Weigh-In Day.

Today's weight: 166.2. A loss of 0.2 pounds. By some miracle, I didn't gain this week. I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago, so I really need to focus this week and shoot for a substantial loss next week. I'm kinda bummed because I was hoping to hit goal by August, September at the latest, but at this rate, it probably won't be until October or ( Read more... )

I feel ya. Two weeks ago I had a good loss and was at 162 even. Last weekend I check my weight on the scale and it said I was up 8lbs. WHAT. So I figured my scale had to be wrong since I didn't do that bad. Well according to my scale I'm still up 5 so I will prob join you right at 166ish this week.

My goal is to hit goal (or near it) by end of October. We can do it!
