I love that 1/4 cup of blueberries is 0pts!
What do you mean when you say net points?
Also, do you eat your AP before you touch the WAP?

net points is my daily points value after taking into account any activity points i earn (i only use them if i go over my daily points target, of course).
i still go by the old plan where you use your APs first, and only on the days you earn them.

i bought a box of fiber one pancake mix at bargainmart for $1.50. just add water and i throw in blueberries for only 3 pts. so good!
