Weigh-In Day.

Today's weight: 162.6. A loss of 3.6 pounds! Woo! This definitely makes up for the past 3 weeks of staying the same, so I'm definitely pleased. And the fact that I'm heading into the 150s is a bit surreal. As for things I did differently, the main thing was not going completely overboard on the weekend with my allowance points. Holy frick that's awesome. I want to hurry up and catch you in the numbers game! :) You are so motivating to me. I look forward to reading your posts, again, because we really seem to think/talk the same. Yay us. Yay you. 150s, here you come!!! :)

Good choice about no more than 5APs per day. I am think I am really counter productive on my million APs. but like I've said, I'm obsessed with exercising. I know I am. I need to cool it. :P

Thanks! I look forward to your posts as well because they give me new ideas on how to approach food and exercising. You're so awesome!

I've been becoming a little obsessed with activity too (mostly because for a while there, I was trying to make up for bad eating :P), so it was definitely a challenge to tell myself "stop!" after a certain point. I think my body appreciated it this week though.

I think its easier to become obsessed with activity points the way the new system works, although neither of you are really eating all of the activity points.

Yeah, since I had several weekends back-to-back of overeating and completely blowing my points, I got into this bad cycle of overexercising to try and make up for it. By controlling my eating, I can control my exercising, thus not freaking my body out.
