Weigh-In Day.

Today's weight: 163.2. A gain of 0.6 pounds. I wasn't ruling out a gain this week since I lost almost 4 pounds last week, but I must admit, it wasn't the most encouraging thing to see after I just woke up at 5 am and was getting ready for a run, haha. Like you said, when you are that close to goal and see a big loss it's not uncommon to gain a little the next week while your body is adjusting. :)

I wish I could run outside anytime of day here in Florida. If I tried to run early a.m. I'd get bitten up by mosquitoes. Plus, It's never below like 83. Ugh. haha.

Aw, that sucks! I live in Colorado, known for freaky, random weather throughout the year, so that's why I really want to get a treadmill for our house. I like running outside, but it can be a challenge depending on the season.

Too bad about the gain but you had a great loss last week and that's kinda how things go. I haven't been doing well at early morning work outs the past couple of weeks, need to try it again.

Yeah, it's so much harder for me to get motivated to workout in the morning. It's so routine for me to workout in the evenings, so I don't even think about it most of the time, but mornings... ugh, haha.
