I am so bad on morning work outs. BF gets up at 5 am and gets ready for work and I just lay there and go back to sleep! I really need to get out of bed after a few days of that i'll probably fall asleep better at night and get used to it. Maybe I'll try your technique and do a work out at home instead of actually dragging myself to the gym.
Yeah, I've thought about that because my gym has showers, but I use so much crap to get ready in the mornings that I hate carrying it around, haha. ALTHOUGH, I keep forgetting that I'm getting my hair cut super-short this weekend (my hair usually takes up the most time and products), so maybe that will free up some time and I can realistically go in the mornings. Hmm...
True, it does take a lot of preparing the night before but I managed not to forget anything! I am going to do it again tomorrow. My goal is to workout two days a week before work and go to a spinning class.
