First thing on thursday i noticed that the weather was a tad unterward. One of the major roads near me had compleatly flooded and the traffic was horendous. Just after lunch i attempted to go to work. I nievely managed to catch what was to be one of the last trains of the day and arrived into manchester train station only to find the station roof

We definitely do! Glad you and your mum are ok - 2 trees at the end of our road were blown over and were blocking it until yesterday - not convienent on a one way street!!! Anyhoo, be good to catch up soon take care! xx

the chimney from the building at work was blown off and completely crushed a car that was parked under it, just the bonnet and windscreen were left!! Was such a good job no-one was in it!!
Had to wait over an hour for a train too!! But i was very happy to get home...
Crazyness!
