I know its difficult at certain holidays or even just dates, when family and friends pass on into the afterlife. I'm sorry that it feels like you wish you hadn't been born. You were born and breed for a reason. We're all here for something, there is a great divine purpose in life in why we're here. Your grandmother was here to give her family a sense of humor, pride, love and so much more. You, your a wonderful person; you give, your sense of humor is wickedly hilarious and I'm sure there is so much more about you that I don't know. The fact that you are hurting, we all are. There is something in this world that we all feel and its universal. A cat dies, we all feel it because most people think a cat is the most precious thing alive; besides babies and puppies. I know things are hard right now, but you have to stop being so hard on yourself. One day you'll look back and wonder why you worried so much or why you never took chances. Its the small things that can turn into big things, great big things that give us courage, ( ... )

I needed that!
I did get through The Day as I have come to call it. I know it seems a bit trivial compared to say what the victims' families of 9/11 have gone through every Sept 11, but I feel that it was a day that completely changed my life. Another new year is beginning, and I think that bigger and better things are happening all the time!
I really do appreciate our friendship.
