Her initial efforts to murder everyone on board having failed, GLaDOS steps up her game and sets about trying to kill not just them but everyone, by sending the space station hurtling on a collision course with the island. While a small group of scientists and the science-minded on the ground try to minimize the damage, Tony Stark, Peter Parker and Duo Maxwell set out to try and prevent it altogether by disabling GLaDOS and taking control of the station... a goal that is not going to be achieved without sacrifice. Not everyone is making it back from this one.
